How We Approached the Project
We architected Shopify as the master order hub, with all orders from every channel flowing through it. Zoho was integrated for ERP/OMS order processing and inventory management, Revo POS was integrated for in-store sales and inventory sync, and WooCommerce was integrated for the B2B website with orders synced into Shopify. Inventory updates across all platforms in real time as orders are fulfilled in Zoho, and customer records are unified across all systems.
