How We Approached the Project
We built a multilingual, role-based inventory management system to serve as a single source of truth for all stock operations, designed around modular features for easy future expansion. Core management modules cover granular user/role permissions (Admin, Buyers, Suppliers, Sales Members), full product/category/origin management, customer group assignments, and instant quick search. Core inventory control modules cover real-time order arrival tracking (ETA/ATD/ATA), direct stock in/out, reserve stock allocation for VIP clients and promotions, and a daily inventory dashboard comparing actual vs. estimated stock with full update history. Additional features include integrated chat and notifications, shipping method management (Air, Sea, Local, Truck), Google SSO, automated PDF reports and email alerts, and MySQL import/export for bulk XLSX/CSV updates.
